What to include in your message
- An order on its way — your Order ID and PIN code.
- A product question — the capacity or pack size you need, and how you plan to use it.
- A damaged or incomplete parcel — photographs of the parcel and contents within 48 hours; an unboxing video may also help us assess the issue.
- A bulk order of paper cups — quantity, size and delivery PIN code.
We never ask for a card number, CVV, OTP or screen sharing. Payment is completed through the payment methods available at checkout — UPI or Cash on Delivery. For Cash on Delivery orders, payment is made to the delivery agent.
