Paper cups are the easiest thing in a café to over-buy and the easiest to run out of on a Saturday. The arithmetic is simple once you count what you actually pour.

Start from cups per day, not pack price

Count a normal weekday and a normal weekend day, average them, and multiply by 30. A counter selling 60 drinks a day needs roughly 1,800 cups a month — which is a 300-pack every five days, not one pack a month.

Pick the size by drink, not by habit

• 8 oz — cortado, small cappuccino, cutting chai. Least waste per drink.
• 12 oz — the everyday latte and filter size; the one most counters run out of first.
• 16 oz — iced drinks and large takeaway. Order fewer than you think unless you sell iced coffee.

Lids and sleeves are a separate count

A lid is not automatically included. Check the product page: our packs state clearly whether lids are in the box. Sleeves are usually bought separately and are worth it only on single-wall cups.

Storage

Keep sleeves and cups sealed and off the floor. Paper takes on kitchen smells, and a cup that smells of onions will be sent back across the counter.

Pack sizes and oz sizes are on every product page, with the count in the title. Delivery is 3–6 business days to metro cities, 5–10 to the rest of India, so plan a reorder before the last sleeve.
