Payment

How can I pay?
UPI or Cash on Delivery. No cards, net banking or wallets.

Is there a Cash on Delivery fee?
No. COD is available for eligible orders and PIN codes at no extra charge.

Are you registered for GST?
No. GST registration is not applicable to this business at present, so GST is not charged separately on your order and we cannot issue a GST tax invoice bearing a GSTIN. An order invoice is included with the parcel; it is not a GST tax invoice.

Delivery

What does delivery cost?
Free above ₹999; a flat ₹59 below that. Delivery charges are shown before checkout is completed.

How long does an order take?
Handling 1–2 business days, then 2–4 business days to metro cities and 4–8 to the rest of India — 3–6 and 5–10 days in total. These are estimates.

Where do orders ship from?
Thane, Maharashtra. We ship across India and not outside it.

Can I collect my order in person?
No. We are an online-only retailer and do not operate a customer-facing showroom.

Products

Are the gold-rim cups microwave safe?
No. Cups with a metallic rim must not go in a microwave. Hand washing is recommended for all metallic-trim pieces.

Can the glass kettle and percolator be used on an induction hob?
They are for gas and electric stovetops as stated on the product page. Borosilicate glass alone does not work on induction.

Are the paper cups suitable for hot drinks?
Yes — the pack sizes we list are single-wall hot-drink cups. The oz size and count are stated on each product page.

Returns

How long do I have to return something?
Contact us within 10 days of delivery. The item does not need to reach us within those days.

Something arrived broken.
Contact us within 48 hours with photographs of the parcel and its contents; an unboxing video is strongly recommended. We arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.

Who pays return postage?
The customer pays for a change of mind. We cover it when the item is damaged, wrong or incomplete due to our error.
