These terms apply to coffeycorner.shop and to every order placed with The Coffey Corner.

1. Who we are

The Coffey Corner is an online retailer selling coffee and café accessories. We are an online-only retailer and do not operate a customer-facing showroom. Business & order fulfilment address: Ground Floor, Vijay Apartment, Waghbil Rd, beside Saraswat Bank, Anu Nagar, Vijay Nagari, Thane, Maharashtra 400615, India.

2. Product information

Product pages describe material, capacity, pack size and finish from the information available to us. Ceramic glaze, gold-rim finish and printed patterns vary slightly between production batches, and screen colour is not exact.

3. Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may decline an order that is out of stock, obviously mispriced, or bound for a PIN code our couriers do not serve, and we refund it in full.

4. Prices, payment and tax

The business is not registered for GST. Based on its current circumstances, GST registration is not applicable at this time; GST is therefore not charged separately on any order, and no GST tax invoice bearing a GSTIN can be issued. Applicable delivery charges are shown before checkout is completed, and an order invoice is included with the parcel.

5. Delivery, returns and cancellation

Governed by the Shipping, Return & Refund and Cancellation policies, which form part of these terms. Delivery windows are estimates.

6. Safe use

Glass kettles and percolators are for stovetop use as described on the product page; ceramic cups with metallic trim are not microwave safe. Follow the care notes on each product page.

7. Using this site

Please do not copy our photographs or page text for another store, interfere with the site, or place fraudulent orders.

8. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits any consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable Indian law. Where permitted by law, our liability for a product-related claim is limited to the amount paid for the affected product. We provide no additional warranty through our store.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to mandatory consumer rights and applicable jurisdiction rules, courts in Thane, Maharashtra will have jurisdiction.
